Currently based out of Southern California, multi media artist Alyssa Silver started expressing herself artistically around 2014 with multimedia collages and DIY at home electronic music projects. After producing her first album on cassette tape and making mixtapes for friends and partners, she decided to share her love for multimedia design and cassettes by creating NostalgiaVortex (previously inthesunrizing) and Mixtape Magic in 2016. Today she has created over 1,000 personal cassettes for other people ! Hoping to expand the love of mixtapes and nostalgic feels overall, Alyssa is creating a memorable and unique brand needed to brighten ones day during such dark times. Inspired by nature, analog media and community through art, Alyssa is continuously working on inspiring immersive ways to show empathy and creativity. <3
